Procedure to join Disease Reversal Program

Step 1: Fill ONLINE HEALTH INFORMATION FORM

Step 2: You can E-transfer or PayPal the fee to kamalpreetsingh@gosatvik.ca

(NOTE: PayPal service fee of 4% has to be added to the final amount if you transfer money via PayPal.)

Step 3: Dr. Kamalpreet Singh sends you diet plan along with video instructions.

Step 4: Your progress reports will be constantly supervised by Dr. Singh
