Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
This Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy applies to all clients who enroll in our nutrition, lifestyle, and diabetes reversal consultation programs. Our goal is to maintain transparency while ensuring fairness for both the client and service provider.
1. Cancellation Policy
Consultations / Programs
- Clients may cancel their appointment within 24 hours of booking consultation without penalty.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours of the consultation will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.
- No-shows
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered utilised and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services
- All consultation fees and program enrollments are non-refundable once the service has commenced or materials (diet plans, reports, etc.) have been shared.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances only:- Duplicate or accidental payments made at the time of booking.
- Technical/payment gateway errors resulting in incorrect charges.
- Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment only.
3. Return Policy
- Since we provide digital and personalised healthcare services, there are no physical goods involved.
- As such, there is no return policy applicable.
4. Grievance Redressal
We are committed to addressing client concerns promptly and fairly.

- All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
- Resolution or corrective action will be provided within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend or update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our official website or communicated directly to clients.
